I received a Masters in Social Welfare at UC Berkeley in 1998 and have been licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2004. I have worked in non-profit settings with diverse populations including teens and families and in private practice with adults and couples since 1998. In 2005, I completed a two year, post-graduate training program at the Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples and use literature, training, and consultation to inform my practice. I have extensive training in multiple theories and disciplines including psychodynamic therapy, brief therapeutic approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client centered.
